Upon completion of the retrofit of your Machine Tool with Numatix High Speed Map-4 Series Numatix CNC Control, the newly retrofitted Machine Shall demonstrate that it's productivity has been increased by at least a factor of two times or the payment received to date shall be refunded to the Buyer. The application for which this demonstration shall be made, shall have the pre-approval of Numatix, do to the ever constantly changing variables involved in the course of high speed machining, this guarantee shall be satisfied within Thirty (30) days after the completion of the retrofit installation, otherwise this guarantee shall be waived by the Buyer, thereafter. Numatix shall not be liable for any consequential damages, and in any event, any and all damages shall be limited to the value of the Buyer's purchase order. Retrofitting of the subject Machine must be performed by Numatix certified Service Group . This guaranteed is separate from, and in addition to, the Numatix standard one year parts and labor warranty.
