History

The Numatix software was initially developed in 1975 for use on various applications. In 1985, the software was customized for use on industrial robots for laser cutting. Between that time and 1997, the Numatix software was successfully integrated on various projects and applications.

In 1997, Numatix CNC Controls began marketing and distributing the Numatix software in a complete package CNC that could be retrofitted on almost any CNC machine. Once retrofitted with the new Numatix CNC Control, the machine would demonstrate a drastic reduction in cycle time due to the processing capabilities and look-ahead features of the control. Some additional benefits gained were decreased wear and tear on the machinery, improved part finish and accuracy and increased cutter life. The Numatix CNC Control is also easily customized to fit the needs of the customer and application.

Since 1997, Numatix CNC Controls has continued to successfully develop, market and support the Numatix CNC Control. Numatix has highly satisfied customers, ranging from small machine shops that only have one CNC machine all the way to customers who have over 100 CNC machines in one location. Numatix continues to provide excellent customer support while striving to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
